Earnest Epps, one of the top ecommerce experts in the world, created and designed the Ecom Masters Club. This program is all about learning how to build an eCommerce dropshipping style business where you sell physical products online through a Shopify store.
Earnest Epps, the man behind High-Ticket eCommerce Secrets, founded Ecom Masters Club. As an ecommerce personality, he is somewhat of an anomaly because he doesn’t use YouTube or Instagram. Also, most people with a lot of power or wealth like Epps generally post about those aspects of their lives, but he has been absent from posting. He started his ecommerce business back in 2015, and after a year, he made enough to quit his job. He's apparently now making about $50,000 per month from his business. So a very successful dropshipper and ecommerce pro.
Ecom Masters Club is targeted at people who want to start a dropshipping business selling physical products online, and also to eCommerce business owners who want to improve their current stores.
Two months’ worth of coaching calls: The coaching calls with the Ecom Masters club are crucial as they help you keep up-to-date and provide ongoing support to ensure you’re getting the most from their service. Note that you’re not getting a phone call from Epps himself, but rather one of his team members.
The slight problem with this is that you're not talking to Epps himself, so you’re just going to have to trust that his team knows what they talking about.
Niche selection training: Ecom Masters Club has a training dedicated to niche selection, which is one of the most important aspects when starting out in ecommerce.
It will teach you how to use Epps's 4 Pillars of prosperity when you're selecting your niche, and provides you with a groundwork so that it becomes easier to identify the perfect niche.
The course also gives you access to;
Supplier script: A collection of documents and scripts to assist you in communicating with suppliers and negotiating rates with them.
212 ecommerce niches and products: this is a collection of niches and products that you can choose for your business.
33 fast-moving ecommerce niches and products: You'll find a bunch of ideas here that can help you start an online store.
Access to a private Facebook community: Ecom Master's Club also offers you access to their Facebook group, where you can interact with other members and the Ecom Masters club staff.
Drop-shipping guide: While not a full course on drop-shipping, this will introduce you to the basics and teach you some valuable strategies that can help you get started.
Their sale page says you will only pay $1 for the whole course, which isn’t the case. The course is not $1 in its entirety. The charge to join is only $1, but it will cost you $47 per month after that. You can of course cancel anytime.
The course offers some decent content for just $47 a month. The coaching calls can be useful for people who are just starting out and need some guidance on how to make changes to their new dropshipping business.
We didn't like how they hide their signup cost from the public. Sure, $1 is cheap as is $47, but we don't like how sometimes they'll surprise you with an additional monthly charge and not be upfront about it.
While it is not a massive deal, it would still be nice if students were able to get training directly from Epps himself instead of his team members.
I'm sure he trained these employees himself but it's a different kind of experience when the product owner deals with customers personally.
It is not a scam. Ecom Masters Club is a legitimate program with some training and coaching involved. When first registering for the program, don't be fooled by the $1 signup fee.
Once registration is complete, you will be charged exactly $47 on your credit-card.
You can cancel the renewal before it happens and receive a full refund on your subscription if you don't like it.
Ecom Masters Club is pretty decent if you are already a dropshipper and eCommerce store owner who wants more guidance to improve your results. If you are brand new and don’t know anything about dropshipping or how to start a store, the training they provide won’t be enough to get you up and running from scratch.
So that’s the only thing. Newbie’s – you’re going to have to find another more detailed program to get you up and running.
So for what it is, at the price they are charging, it’s a pretty decent program for the right audience.
However, we do not encourage the Dropshipping model in general (even though it has potential) as it is expensive, has low profit margins, and requires a lot of customer servicing on your part.
I do feel that if you are to start a business online, it’s important to take into consideration a few things…
Barrier To Entry
There is one strategy that has made me over a million dollars and has all of these things and that’s affiliate marketing.
Yes! Selling other people’s products.
This is the industry that allowed me to 5X my old work salary and quit that job in April 2019 and travel the world.
If you’d like to find out more about how to model exactly what I did…
