What Is Leveraged Profit Systems?

Leveraged Profit Systems is a network marketing scheme with various levels of membership. The goal of the scheme is to recruit new members and pay them ongoing commission for each new member they recruit into the business. It's invite-only, but current members often help each other by inviting their friends and family first.

There are two types of payments to join Leveraged Profit Systems: a fee for joining and an admin fee. The owner provides certain tools and training to help you promote it. After signing up, you will have to pay the owner's an administration fee. It may seem like an insignificant payout, but the one who refers you pays for it.

What does the program offer?

The program offers you various resources that you can use to grow your business. For instance, there is some training to follow, individual websites, templates and ad campaigns, and done for you sales pages.

The membership system is divided over 6 different tiers. Each one includes a number of bonuses, so let’s check them out to see if they’re worth the price.

Bronze: This is the lowest level where you can start earning an income by recruiting a new member. You will also be paid $500 each time you recruit someone at that level.

To draw in new clients, you'll be provided with: an affiliate link with an integrated auto-responder, a squeeze page ready-to-go with your marketing strategy.

Silver: If you join the Silver membership level and bring in new members that also sign up for Silver, you'll be able to earn as much as $1,500 in commissions from this one and any Bronze-level members.

The Silver membership includes support for Bronze as well as a training in copywriting and templates. Additionally, there is access to 25 traffic methods, ad copy, psychological sales triggers tutorials and training.

Gold: For every new recruit that you sign up in the gold level, you will receive a commission of $3,500. It also costs $3,500 to join at this level. You will also have access to all bonus materials in the bronze and silver levels. Training in this level also includes the following;

⊛ How to achieve more in a short time
⊛ Mastery of marketing mindset
⊛ Access to video content
⊛ A program on how to achieve ultimate success and a lot more

Platinum: This level includes everything from lower levels as well as a possible commission of $7,500 (which is also the cost of this level) if you are operating on that level too.

This level also offers the following;

⊛ Access to their unstuck seminar
⊛ Internet success systems
⊛ Information master program
⊛ Coaching on how to make it as a small business
⊛ Internet marketing success tips

Diamond: This is the highest level of this of the program, and at this level, you stand to make a commission of $11K on any new recruits that join this level.

The diamond membership level is a DFY kind of membership where they generate leads for you, so you can just send them on to be closed by the team. You will also receive an ad budget of $1,000 and experts to help in running your advertising campaigns.

How much does the program cost?

⊛ Bronze - $500 plus $167 as admin fee
⊛ Silver - $1500 plus $247 as admin fee
⊛ Gold - $3500 plus $347 as admin fee
⊛ Platinum - $7500 plus $447 as admin fee
⊛ Diamond - $11000 plus $547 as admin fee

What are the red flags you should be aware of?

There is no information about the founder.

This is the biggest red flag of Leveraged Profit Systems because the website does not provide information on who created the program.

It is not possible to know if this course is legit in this case as the owner has chosen to hide their identity. Furthermore, on the company website, there is a video presentation with no video or pictures about the owner.

The site does not have a legal page and that can be an issue.

The program does not have a Terms and Conditions page or User Agreement on their website. They should have terms and conditions readily available to you before you pay for the service. The fact that they don’t have these basic things screams dodginess!

When you make commissions they pay via cheque or cash.

Is the program a scam?

Marketing training is provided for each level you join and that means this program has some value. That said, I don’t recommend it to my readers. The cost is very high and on top of that, this is a pay to play type of program. You only earn commissions at the level you’re at which forces people to upgrade using money they don’t have. This can cause a lot of problems and blow back for the company when people don’t make money.

If you're a beginner, this is not for you. Done for you systems rarely work in my experience because you’re not learning how to market and if something happens to LPS’s, then your entire income disappears overnight!

Imagine what they would do to your life!

Also, the program is a closed loop high ticket system, expensive and operates in the grey area. Similar to businesses like Mobe and Digital Altitude who were shut down by the FTC.

What we like about the program

  • Their learning materials are ok

What we don’t like about the program

  • The identity of the owner is hidden

  • Joining the program is expensive and not everyone can afford it

  • The site does not have a public legal documentation

  • They suggest cash and cheque transactions, which is common in fraudulent activities

Leveraged Profit Systems Video Review

Final Take

If you want to make affiliate commissions without recruiting, Leveraged Profit Systems doesn't offer much of an opportunity. There are too many reasons why you would want to avoid it at all costs. The sales video is very hypey and makes making money online

seem way too easy. That is a big red flag.

When you get started, the focus is exclusively on reselling the system itself. That means they don’t have any retailable products that people can purchase unless they join as a recruit. That is basically a pyramid scheme.

Can you make money with this opportunity? Yes – but very few people will and if the FTC catch wind of them, they may end up having the same fate as Mobe and Digital Altitude.

And if that happens, you don’t want to be anywhere close to an opportunity like this.

Growing a business always requires a few things:

  • Profit Margins

  • Scalability

  • Automation

  • Overall Cost

  • Barrier To Entry

And we find the best business that has all of these things are Affiliate Marketing.

Especially when you do it like THIS.
