My Lead Gen Secret sounds like a great program on the face of it, but is it really worth it? That is a great question, and it is something this review is looking to answer. In this review, we will talk about the points below;

What Is My Lead Gen Secret?

This program was created by a Jim Harmon, and its purpose is to support lead generation and enable marketers to cultivate potential leads to make sales from.

The program is designed in such a way that gives you access to emailing 100 new leads each day.

The users of this system have access to a dash board where they are able to place orders for leads, leverage its internal auto-responder service, and promote offers email leads that are apparently interested in “making money online”.

The problem with these leads is that they are mostly cold, they have no idea who you are when you email them, and you will have to put in a lot of work to convert them into sales. Also, if you are running your own business, or are marketing other people’s products, you will need a lot of leads for you to stand a chance to make sales.

Who Runs The Program?

Jim Harmon runs My Lead Gen Secret. On the website, he says that his online marketing career started in the 90s, a time when google AdWords was a fairly new thing in the marketing world.

He also adds that he is among the first few that made money through google ads.

The program is intended to offer lead generation services. Once you become a member, they offer you 100 leads each day for $1, which translates to 300 leads for $30 each month

There are three things you can do with the leads they offer you upon sign up as listed below;

⊛ You can use them to promote your own offers
⊛ You can promote other products as an affiliate
⊛ You could also promote the My Lead Gen Secret program itself

What Is Its Cost?

It will cost you about $60 to get your membership going. The cost covers the first month sign up and the system set up. Additionally, you will pay $30 every month to continue accessing the site and 3,000 fresh leads.

When you join the site, they welcome you with an upsell. You could also purchase about 30 marketing emails that the founder Jim Harmon write for an additional $30.

This is great if you do not have any marketing skills and it’s not expensive.

The program also has a money back guarantee. If the program does not meet your expectations, you can ask them to refund the money you paid within 30 days after purchase. Not bad.

Do They Have A Compensation Plan?

As stated before, you can also earn by promoting the program to friends, family and strangers. Doing so will earn you a commission whenever you make a sale. The program has a compensation plans as detailed below;

⊛ You will earn $5 every month whenever people buy products through your affiliate link.
⊛ You also earn $4 every month on sales promoting your affiliate sales, $3 on sales of products of the people the program supports, $2 if you are on level 4 and $1 for those in level 5.
⊛ You earn a one-off commission on master swipe sales between $1 and $5 for the $29.95 level. The same applies to sales at level $59.95, and whose purchases lie between $2 and $10.

Basically, you won’t earn much from this compensation plan.

It should be marketed as a side product, and definitely not your main affiliate offer.

Who Is The Program For?

The program is for everyone who can benefit from additional leads online. However, I think you benefit more if you are an advanced marketer. As a beginner, you will not benefit from this program as much as you will have no idea what to do with leads.

It would make sense for you to join the program if you had at least 3 years of experience as a marketer. That way, you will get value for your money. However, it is up to you really. Generally speaking, the program will benefit the following people;

⊛ Email marketers
⊛ Experts in lead generation

The Pros And Cons Of My Lead Gen Secret

PROS

• It presents a cheap way to earn new leads

• The founder has plenty of experience

• You can use their internal auto-responder to increase your conversions.

• They have a 30-day refund policy

CONS

• Their version of marketing is basically email spamming

• Their system does not allow 3rd party auto-responders

• Their leads are generally cold, and have a low conversion rate

• This is only relevant to people in the “make money” space

Is It A Scam?

My Lead Gen Secret is not a scam.

I’ve been a user and customer of the program and it delivers what it says on the tin.

The problem though is that this is not a good and sustainable way to get new leads.

You are basically sharing the SAME group of leads with everyone in the program.

So potentially, every single email lead is getting lots of email promotions everyday.

What makes you think they will buy from you?

They don’t know who you are, and generating consistent sales is extremely difficult using this method.

You may make a sale here and there though, which is what I experienced, but again, it’s not sustainable or profitable.

Is signing up for My Lead Gen Secret a great idea? Well, that is really up to you.

I would really suggest just learning how to generate your own leads online.

Don’t rely on systems, brokers, and spamming to get you your leads.

You must also know what to do with your leads once you’ve gotten them. Selling online is not just about spamming a group of people with a promotional email and crossing your fingers in hopes they will buy from your link.

There is a whole strategy behind this.

In fact, you need to make sure your online business has these things in place:

• Profit Margins

• Scalability

• Automation

• Overall Cost

• Barrier To Entry

And after building businesses online for over a decade, one business that allows you to have all these things is Affiliate Marketing. Yes! Selling other people’s products.

But it must be done THIS WAY.
